Staff were extremely friendly, atmosphere was QUIET, it had excellent location close to a cafe for coffee and Termini, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza de Spagna, Colloseum, Via del Corso and Fontana di Trevi. Our rooms were functional and neat with modern & clean bathroom and tea, as for instance.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring all the tourist attractions in Rome. We could easily walk to the Colosseum in just 30 minutes and the Trevi Fountain in only 15 minutes. The main street where the hotel is located is vibrant and filled with affordable restaurants and souvenir shops. Additionally, there are several markets nearby, making it convenient for any needs. The hotel room was cleaned daily, and the staff, particularly Shali, was always very helpful. The vintage elevator in the building added a charming touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and helpful staff.

The location of Dem Hotel was excellent, just a short distance away from the main attractions. I was able to easily explore the city without hassle.

Despite the small issues, I found my room to be clean and comfortable. The bed, although a bit different in shape, provided a decent night's sleep.

Great location, just a short walk from the main monuments and the city center. . the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. the air conditioner and mini fridge in the room were a great convenience.

The bathroom could have been tidier, and there was a constant unpleasant smell. . the bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the breakfast room and the restaurant downstairs was disturbing.

our stay at dem was even better than our previous trips to rome. the location is fantastic, close to all the attractions and the train station. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included.
